Decode is a leading diversified, Sydney-based property developer and construction company. Decode stands for Design, Construction and Development – the three main divisions of the company. Arc Shot Media were commissioned to create a corporate video from the company management team to present to the hundreds of Decode employees at their Christmas celebrations in 2017.
